Let your talents shine with triple threat instruction at Moss Dance and Performing Arts Academy!  In the entertainment industry, a "triple threat" is a performer who is trained and confident in dance, acting and voice.  At Moss, we emphasize the importance of being a well-rounded performer and offer professional instruction in all three disciplines.  Owners, Joe and Amy Moss, have trained students who have gone on to perform on Broadway, with the Radio City Rockettes, on cruise ships and with the Walt Disney World Company.  They have also helped students audition and get accepted into top musical theater universities.

TESTIMONIAL FROM PROFESSOR TRACEY MOORE, WESTERN KY UNIVERSITY, MUSICAL THEATRE DEPARTMENT: "Moss Performing Arts Academy does a great job at giving its students the foundational skills necessary to succeed in an arts career. They nurture and grow young talent in a warm and friendly environment, and provide the craft to support that talent.  Students graduate ready for college careers in the performing arts, and are ready for their next step in their growth as artists."
Tracey Moore appeared in the National Tours of RAGTIME, CAMELOT, and is the author of ACTING THE SONG: Performance Skills for Musical Theatre.  She is an actress and teacher, and currently heads the musical theatre BFA at Western KY University.

TESTIMONIAL FROM TONI CARLE, MOTHER OF CURRENT MOSS STUDENT: Our daughter Kirsten has been a student at Moss since 2010, first in the Theater Program, then she joined the Performance Dance Team in 2012.  She also takes private voice lessons.  Kirsten is passionate about performing arts.  Moss is a performing arts school that focuses on the "triple threat" - dance, voice and theater.  We are so lucky to have a school of this caliber in Northern Kentucky.  The owners, Amy and Joe Moss are both previous professional performers and they understand the hard work and dedication it takes to "make it in the business".  We appreciate the fact that they are always on-site and available.  Every teacher is outstanding and highly trained.  Moss provides a variety of opportunities for the students year round.  Earlier this year, Kirsten performed with the Cincinnati Boys' Choir in the Cincinnati Opera production of Carmen.  Kirsten had confidence and skills, learned from her classes at Moss to audition and get the part.  We have experienced other dance schools in the community, but none have provided the level of training and education that Moss has.  We are so excited to be a part of Moss Dance and Performing Arts Academy.

The mission of Moss Dance and Performing Arts Academy is to provide quality training in a safe and loving environment for the students. We invite you to learn more about our professional staff of instructors.
